Hello,

I recently have a problem with my HTC one M8s. Yesterday I accidently wiped everything from internal drive (no system files) in TWRP RUU => No OS available.

I turned my phone off and get into bootloader (Power button + Vol down) and select Fastboot but it´s not working. It shows Fastboot USB and my Windows recognize it (only sound) but doesn´t show the device which means I have no access with it.

Tried hard reset on phone (Power button + Vol up + down) and going into bootloader (Power button + Vol. Down) and in Fastboot Mode still the same. After that I uninstalled HTC Sync Manager which includes the HTC Drivers, reinstalled it still the same problem.

Tried it with ADB Sideload ... on Windows it shows me the device but also can´t access it.

Then I tried on another pc... still the same problem.

Also made in such a case a backup from internal drive of my phone 2 weeks ago... but not via TWRP I made the backup while enabled USB-Debbuging and just drag & drop in a folder...

Sry for my writing style but I`m so frustrated right now I dno what to do ...

PC OS: Windows 10 Home
HTC One M8s
TWRP RUU (2.8.6.0)

Bootloader shows this:

***Software status: Modified***
***UNLOCKED***
M8QL_UL PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-3.19.0.0000
RADIO-1.0.U20410.1@50408
OS -
eMMC-boot 2048MB
May 14 2015,23:19:58.0

Pls help. Thx in advance.
