I cant choose a new phone!!

Hey guys, so I currently have a Samsung Intercept through Virgin Mobile running Android 2.2.2. In short, I hate it. Im looking at upgrading within a week or so, but be a 15 year old, I dont have a huge budget so I'm capping at $100. My choices are the LG Optimus Elite running 2.3.7, The Kyocera Rise running 4.0.3, or the PCD Chaser, Running 2.3.4. Which should I choose and why? Thanks!

Same boat as you right now. Go on Craigslist and see whats over there, and try to work out a deal.

I've tried the Optimus Elite, and didn't like it so much. The screen seemed very grainy, and overall it felt sort of cheap. But, that was from coming from a Samsung Captivate Glide. It the service hadn't been so horrid in my area, I probably would have made due with it, though, to keep the plan. It would seem like the Kyocera is the way to go, seeming how it comes running ICS, but I have no familiarity with the device.
