Help i can't delete a live wallpaper

I have a live wallpaper that keeps randomly showing ads, and when I go to the app in settings, I can't press the uninstall button. Does anybody know how i can delete it?

So just to clarify, when you go to Settings > Apps and scroll the the live wallpaper that you have installed, the uninstall button is greyed out? Did you install it from the play store?

hi guys i have the same problem, my niece download the ted live wallpaper thru zedge and via play store,
trouble is try to delete via manage apps and its just greyed out, tried thru the play store and its says DEACTIVATE but cant uninstall, tried to install esstrong files explorer but cant seem to find the system app,

phone is a sony xperia T not rooted,

please can anyone help me get this off my phone

Ok, here's what works on my tablet...YMMV:
[It's currently running v4.2.2 of JellyBean, as I write this.]

Start in settings, apps, and see whether the app/widget in question is running.
(If so, you may need to stop it first, before un-installing)
There should be various buttons in that dialog, one of which will un-install it.

This is what worked for me. Go to the Zedge App and see screen shots attached

Simple delete the app and the wallpapers will vanish.
