If you mean cyanagenmod 7.x (2.3.7) then press power key to get extended menu then select the screenshot option.

Anybody knows if the cyanagenmod7 solve the SoD problem?

The SOD was solved for most roms 2.3.3 - 2.3.6 and on CM7 based roms its solved too. (you can also solve it by changing the WIFI sleep policy to never)

I must be very unlucky, I upgrated to 2.3.6 but I'm still having SoD problems...

I changend the WIFI sleep policy to nerver yestarday but the SoD still happens!
The SoD happened twice today!

I've recenrly updated my ace to cyanogenmod 7 2.3.7 software...but actually the fm radio doesn't work at all iam from egypt and I didn't find any solution till nw...

2.3.7 is cyanagenmod. There are a few versions knocking around and the radio is a known issue. Check the thread in the all things root section.
