Help I really need some help with my soft-bricked tablet!!!

Hi, could somebody PLEASE help me through process of unbricking my tab? I've gotten so far, but I'm stuck and don't know what to do!
What I have done:

• Download Odin 3.09 + Odin 3.07
• Download (and re-download) the latest USB Drivers
• Used different ports and cords, but only one seems to get me anywhere
• Download several firmwares, and I think this one is the only one that gets me close: N5110XXDNE1_N5110XACDNE2_HOME.tar.md5
• Tried flashing with the firmwre set to AP, and had Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time selected

P.S. I have NO idea how it got softbricked. All I know is that I came home from highschool, and my tablet was in a loop. I have not installed any ROMs.

I don't know. It's stuck in a loop and I can only get it into Odin mode. It won't do anything else.

Is there a way to when I can't get it into anything but Odin? When I turn it on without the home and volume button pressed, it shows the yellow caution symbol and the Kies message.

Try installing another ROM through Odin, i.e Samsung Stock. That should fix your issue.

I don't have any idea where to find one. Could you maybe give me a link as to where I could download it? So far I've been trying to use the Canadian version from Sammobile.com.

Ok, so I downloaded the bootloader and flashed it onto my tablet, and it reset. I turned it back on and it was still in a loop, so I tried flashing the firmware again, but I got the same Nand Fail message.

Oh wait, I downloaded the first thing, the modem/bootloader thing? Should instead follow the second link (the one that leads to Mega) and flash that?

Ok, so I downloaded the CivZ-FlexNote8.0_KK-Rev2.1-N5110_signed.zip file, and Odin won't detect .zip files, so I extracted it. But now, when i try, instead of flashing the entire folder, it just opens to the other folders until i select a single file. I'm really confused. And also, on Odin, I should keep using AP, right?

Never extract the zip when flashing. Flash the compiled zipped folder in entirety.

Odin won't let me flash .zip files. If i put CivZ-FlexNote8.0_KK-Rev2.1-N5110_signed.zip into the file selection, it fails instantly. I thought maybe just Odin 3.09 wouldn't let me flash it, so I tried 3.07, but no dice.

Okay, so I ran the initial download, it turned into another Odin type launcher, and I connected my tablet and it showed up. I didnt know if there was anymore to it so I started and it showed,
Get PIT for mapping..
Firmware update start..
sboot.bin..


All threads completed (succeed 0 /fail 1)

And it came up with a FAIL.

hmm that's unusual. Try using this to flash the file http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2251033. If the file still won't flash, extract it and delete the sboot.bin file. Then use the toolkit to recompile it to use it in Odin.

I'm trying it right now. Also, what is an MD5 checksum? They keep popping up in forums on how to fix it.

did it work? Message-Digest algorithm 5 checksums are used to validate data integrity.
