So I went into Settings | About Phone | Updates today, and it prompted me to download a 300MB upgrade that I assume is ICS.
It's still installing as I write this. Kinda bogged down on "Upgrading Media Database" for the past hour. Well I do have over 20GB of songs and photos on my 32GB SD card. We'll see.
