It looks nice, but it is a step down in camera, as well as no flash.
It does, however, have the 16GB onboard memory. So this phone would be able to install so many apps I might actually get tired of it (hovering in the 150's here).
I do not see much else giving more information about it and the abilities, so I cannot make a definitive statement, however here is what I see:

~>Processor is 30% faster (base) than Droid (600 to 800)
~>"front facing" camera, not sure, but that would mean we cannot see the picture it is taking?
~> 3 MP camera, Droid has 5 MP and a flash, plus, with an app installed, you can have the LEDs on while recording video in dark situations
~>AMOLED screen would have truer blacks, but I haven't had problems with the Droid's
~>It will be at 2.0 Android, but they stated Inbrics will have a lot of covering on the Android OS. Some companies have nice changes, but I like having my fingers inside the system to choose. I would rather companies find a way for them to deploy "app" style customizations so we could use the ones that are great, and they could even possibly have them paid apps in the marketplace for other brand phones (this could cause problems for the lesser quality developers for phone hardware, but this would allow them to have cash to improve on them).

~>No confirmation, but the casing looks a bit heavy on the plastic, this is more of a personal feeling, but I like having a metal case in my hand. It can get tiring to hold, and it can (depending on the person looking) look a bit clunky, but I am a bit old-schoold and love the old metal toys and items. They just have a more durable feel.
~>Another guess, it looks like they have a similar slider idea, so it does look like you might get the sliding action to work without the failings of a loose connection over time.

My dollar and a half (not short enough to be my two cents worth)

It does have flash and a rear facing camera, the front facing one is just for video calls, go back and check the pics to confirm this for yourself. 3MP may be a step down from 5MP but the Droid's camera takes some of the worst pics I have ever seen from a 5MP camera. A 3MP camera done right will take better pics then a 5MP done wrong. I will get this phone if and when it comes out, so long as nothing with a A9 processor is out by then.

"The biggest concern is the 800MHz Samsung processor, the same chip that's in the Samsung Moment"

I have to agree. One of my good friends from work got the Samsung Moment on sprint. Even when my droid was at 550Mhz it still ran must faster than his 800Mhz. Since the processor is older I really doubt I would get this phone. Don't get me wrong I love the dock to put your icons on. Feels a little apple to me (like I can say me I run rocket dock on my pc).

I would be nice to see them wait and put a faster chip in it. My next device will have an A9, I think i can wait.

The Asian man in that video is a terrible spokesman for that product. meh! He pretty much single-handedly talked me OUT of it. :(

IT DOES NOT USE THE ARM11 CHIP LIKE THE MOMENT! I hate engadget for screwing that up so badly, go back and watch the video, at around 1:08 he says what kind of processor it has, I don't recall the name now but if you google it you can see it is indeed a A8 just like the Droid, iPhone3Gs and Palm Pre. So to anyone who is OC'ed to 800mhz that is what this phone offers stock.

EDIT: It's a Samsung C100 chipset, which is based on Cortex A8 not shitty old ARM11.

In that case I would still wait. I mean it may offer some flashy new stuff, but its like buying yesterdays technology. I mean by the time the phone hits the market it will be old news. I understand thats how technology works but I think i will still wait. Would be nice to get the dock like in the videos. Preview 2 anyone?

And thanks for clearing their mistake. I guess i didn't catch that in the video.

Ahh, thanks for the clarification CRPercodani, did not have much luck with the pictures, and I am at work so I could not watch the video.
Yeah, a 3MP if it is a higher quality, can take better pictures since MP is not the leading measurement of cameras these days, but it is an easy starting point without more information :)

I would vote Droid over this myself still, however, if both were out at the same time it could be an interesting battle. Droid beat them to the punch, is vanilla Android, and was offered with Verizon (got lucky it fit in with my old-school love of the feel of metal construction). I do not have the resources to upgrade to the next greatest hardware, so I am happy with my Droid, and will use it until it falls to pieces (or I get a nice raise/bonus that provides me the option to try for the "next greatest" gadget :p)

I imagine by the time this comes to market someone else will have made something with a Cortex A9 or maybe even the A9MPCore so it probably will get shadowed.
