Help Internet not working, messaging app messed up

I get this notification and now when i connect to wifi, there is no internet, and when i respond to a text message, the reply is put all the way at the top of the conversation

The notification says "An application attempted to us.." "Requested by com.google.android.gsf.login"

The time on my phone also reset to Thursday, January 1, 8:00 am 1970

I've tried restarting and going into safe mode but that does nothing. the phone is rooted.
