I got another new Facebook update this morning. I think that may be the fix from them.

Same here. 1.3.1 changed nothing for me - so it came off the phone immediately. I don't keep any app that keeps the phone awake time = up time. Upvote 0

If I drag it to the "trash" or uninstall it shows right back up. Instructions on how to uninstall it completely please. Upvote 0
