Help kyocera hydro icon mess

hey whats whats good folks to be quite honest im new to all this i know some things very little about rooting but i been doing and not doing all this rooting on my boost mobile kyocera hydro icon but i never knew about this website all bad but now hope its not too late the thing is i think i rebooted my phone and now its stuck where the lil android guy aint laying on the flat on his back now hes standing up that blue hexagon rotating on his belly but its stuck and i tried taking off battery holding up and power down and power none seem to do any good. if someone can help me out with some info/tips id gladly appreciate that
