Help Laggy homescreens with optical pad?

I was trying to use my optical pad the other day to swipe home screens instead of swiping on the screen and noticed it was extremely laggy! Anyone else having this problem?

yeah it seems to be pretty laggy when using the Optical joystick to quickly switch between homescreens. try to kill some of the apps open, but really isnt a problem...

Mine is very quick don't notice any difference.

It seriously is... if you swipe your finger slower it is just as smooth as if you use your finger on the screen. Don't ask why, but that's how it is.

I've noticed this too, but for me it isn't because of how fast I move my finger across the trackpad, it's perfectly fine on the first swipe but if you swipe again before the "change screens" animation is finished like going right then left again quickly then it get's really laggy, especially going back and forth numerous times, it'll look like it freezes for half a second, but if you wait it will work fine. It is annoying but I don't really use the optical trackpad very much so I don't really care.
