legend questions

just got my legend 2 days ago and i got couple of questions..

i have set up the phone to quiet ring on pick up and it seems that sometimes it does not work... it keeps ringing loud when i pick up the phone... any idea??

does the legend have the feature of vibrate only if the phone is turned over?

You have turned the ringtone volume down, but it still has a loud ringtone?


When you turn the phone over all it will do is stop the ringtone and turn off the vibrate.

if you use the volume on the side to turn it all the way down it'll set it to vibrate only.
