Help LG G2 downgrade

i have upgraded my LG G2 to Lollipop using kdz file but after updating touch screen is not working and is acting funny. only some parts of the screen are responsive. i flashed kitkat kdz file to downgrade to Kitkat but after LG logo start screen my phone is booting lollipop can anybody help me how can i wipe lollipop update and boot my phone into kitkat?

If using the kdz flash tool, select the "cse flash" option within that tool. It does a full wipe and clean install.

Be sure to remove your sim card before flashing back to stock as it will wipe the sim card too.Then after your done flashing you can put it back in.
You will have to update all the way to KK.

Do a factory reset now and everything should work after that.
Not sure which one you used,I used the AT&T TOT method when I returned to stock

someone has ripped me off today i opened the back cover and D800 is written on the inside so my fone is not a D802 as i was thinking so now can i flash D800 stock kdz file into my fone?? will it work??

I would use the TOT method,Its easier.

Fizan Rasool i too had the same problem i updated my g2 all was fake they told it was d802 but it was d801 i actually sent my handset to a guy in delhi he was able to recover it +918826464868 aftab alam an master on lg contact him he will definitely provide help as he helped me till 4am in the morning

bro my fone was D800 and i was installing D802 lollipop update on it... so i just installed JB rom of model D800 on my fone through TOT method and my fone was alrite again.. I rooted my fone and now i am running cloudy g2 3.3 ROM which is based on Lollipop 5.0.2

download LG flash Tool and use the DLL file present in this screen shot and also it will ot give kdz file after extraction it will give you .TOT file... LG Flash Tool requires .TOT file not a KDZ file.

bro read the tutorial carefully .... everything is mentioned in it.... read the tot method given in the link.. read it after STEP 1.4.... and download the dll file given in the link mentioned in the tutorial.

and r u sure ur lg g2 is d800?? if it is not then ur fone will be brick cox this method is only for D800 not for D802...

my imei number says its d800 but when i pluged to comper...it detected as d802......that seller cheted me...im really disspointed

bro open the back cover of ur fone and see the model number urself... find how to open the back cover of LG G2 on youtube. by doing this u will sure which model of G2 u r using. by g2 is actually d800 but it was converted into d802 through some software trick.

DEAR frend i also have same problem facing i have a g2 d802 mobile and when i update it to lollipop touch is not working how i can solve this problem
