Live wallpaper devs

[happy fun time]

I saw the doom live wallpaper, which got me thinking. How awesome would it be to have a mortal kombat live wallpaper, where it is just the computer fighting the computer, random opponents. I think it could be done. After all, we have sega Genesis emulators, could this be embedded in the software? I remember in mk1-3, if you left the game running and didnt push any buttons, you could watch random opponents fight. Any input on this? Advice? I may try to tackle this myself, im learning Android (slowly) lol
