So what animations are turned off when you check "Some Animations"?

Animations are the when apps pop up, the screens shift from left/right when you hit the back button, etc. The "beautify" aspects of Android, much like iOS are animations.

Also, I wish someone would find a way to disable animations for the lockscreen only, so that we can enjoy the other animations. I happen to like the animations, but also my lockscreen. I also don't want to use WidgetLocker anymore because it doesn't have a Froyo-like lockscreen selection.
