Looking for android developer for programing easy game (must know iOS)!

I'm working on new game on android and iOS, but I'm really not good with java, but I do nice graphics. So I want to hire someone of you to program my game. I provide all graphics and detailed documentation about what I want in app and some screenshots I did in photoshop so you can see how exactly I want it.

There are In App Purchases, stores with in-game coins and so...

The UI is very similar to games like Stick Hero or Circle. I also have some characters which must be hidden until the user buys it.

Developers who make iOS games are preferred and will get more money when they do 2 veraions of the game.
