Help Lost everything after hard reset, need help.

I just tried to update my wife's x to 2.2.1 and when the phone went to come back up after rebooting it wouldn't. Turns out advanced task killer was preventing it. So we ended up doing a hard rest with help from vzw. My wife lost everything and now we are trying to recover what we can.

A s you know, everything is integrated with google. We created a gmail account for my wife, but we can't even remember the username. I guess we need to start there. Anybody have any hints?

Call your friends, have them email her?
Vzw might also have it, though I doubt it

It might be in your phone as an alt contact for her but idk.
