Help Moto X - Wifi & Bluetooth Issue

Hi Guys,

From one week am facing serious issue with my Moto X 1st gen mobile. I am unable to turn on Wifi and Bluetooth. It automatically toggling back to OFF when I turn ON the same. Can any one help me out please because I don't want to waste my money in new mobile?

Do you mean you can't turn them on at the same time, or both can't be turned on at all ??

Also I'll move this to the proper section, you are in the Moto X 2nd gen section

Do you have any flashlight apps installed by any chance? There have been others who have reported the same problem that went away after uninstalling the flashlight app.

Otherwise, I might think about doing a wipe of the cache partition, which will not erase any of your apps and data. Do a google search for the procedure.
