Help Music problems...

I am having some problems with organizing my music. When I have the device mounted to the comp, I have all mp3 files organized by artist and album, and all named appropriately. When I go to play the files on the phone, a few artists and albums are organized in the "unknown artist" folder, and I can't fix the problem. Using the moment file viewer, I can see all the artists properly titled and organized, but the music player won't name them correctly.

You actually need to make sure your ID3 tags are correct. You can find programs that do it for you or manually do it in windows...
