So basically it doesn't register that there is a charging cable attached, or if it does it doesn't go above the percentage it was already on. Right now it sustains itself on 0% but doesn't charge anymore than that. I've tried holding down power and vol down button and restarting it that way, but that doesn't fix the problem. I've also tried turning the phone off (basically just unplugging it at this point) and plugging it into the charger until in registers it's been plugged in and trying to charge it that way, but instead of going to the white screen with the battery on it, it just turns on.
