Help My Update problems

Hi,
I have just updated my phone via pc companion and followed the instructions to back up and restore.

After it finished it made me download all the apps again, it then gave me the trial version of the only app that I've paid for.

All my notes were gone along with my email accounts and now it will not connect to market place, when I pull the screen down it says(no service).

Has anyone any idea what the problem may be??

Things are slowly sorting themselves out. There is just the nagging (No Service) notification when i pull the screen down. What do I have no service of??

And how can i get back my fully paid for app if poss??
