Root need help can't get rid of rom manager

So i got tired of waiting for the offical 2.2 update and desided to install cm7 but I can't get rid of the rom manager recovery. I followed toke's instructions and even flashed back to stock metro rom and when I go to boot into recovery I still have the rom manager logo with the orange text. anyone have any suggestions?

rom manager has cwm and you can use it to flash CM7

so theres no special CMW like for icarus you need for cm7. regular rom manager 3. whatever will work?
