Help Need help with PDAnet

I got it working and wanted to make a short cut on my desk top to connect to my phone.

When I tried to connect again my CPU finds the phone; however, when I click on the phone is shows it as "disconnected."

I turned off the blue tooth on both my phone and cpu and tried to connect again. I got the whole key thing to verify the connection and same thing. My phone shows up but it's not connected.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.
