Help Netflix App not Connecting

Hi guys,

Anyone had an issue with Netflix connecting to the Galaxy 10.2 Tablet? It is saying unable to connect please try again later and in brackets (1300)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it as well as resetting the Tablet to factory settings. No luck

Please help
 
Hi just found this on the Netflix site

"Android Error 11003

If you experience the Android Error 11003 immediately or intermittently after opening the Netflix app on your Android device, this is typically due to a system setting preventing the Netflix app from functioning. Follow the steps below to resolve.
Confirm the System Settings on your Android device.
Navigate to Settings.
Under System, choose Developer options.
Under Apps, uncheck Do not keep activities.
Re-enter the Netflix application and try playing again."

I will try it and report back in case anyone else experiences these issues in the future
