Nexus 5: White screen

Hi you guys!

I changed the battery on my one year old Nexus 5, and apparantly I must have done something wrong, becaus when I turned it back on, all I can see is white/grey blur.

I have tried reconnecting both the battery and the other Connection to the left several times, both that doesnt help

Does anybody know if there is something I can do about this?
