Help Nexus 7 froze,shutoff,doesn't power on

Hey everyone.My Nexus 7(2013) will not boot up.It froze last Thursday and shutoff and I haven't been able to turn it on since then.Any suggestions?I've charged it for 24 hours and still haven't gotten anything on screen.I've tried all the button combinations.II've only had it since early September of this year.

Try holding power for a long time, like a minute. My 2012 occasionally has that issue and that works. Worth a shot.

If that doesn't work you may want to look into contacting google to see if its still under warranty

Yeah I've tried that with no luck.I've contacted Asus and they want me to get a copy of the receipt and dunno if Staples will still have it.I just got back in early September of this year

Does it do anything when you plug it into computer?

QHSUSB_DLOAD is that I get when I plug it in and look at device manager
