Help nexus s / ics issue - pin required to access mail from the systemtray

Hello,

I using a nexus s that came with 2.3.x upgraded to 2.3.6 and am now running ics.

I'm using phone encryption. to late to revert for debugging ;-)

I got this issue: I start the phone and enter the pin to decrypt storage and memory. Then I enter the pin to access the phone.

But now I got this issue, after some time or the 1st time after booting the phone, when I try to access mail from the system tray I am asked to enter the pin again.

So in fact it seems like the system tray and the phone in general has an independent timeout function.

Anyone else having this issue?
