Okay, my note 2, in the past few months, has developed an odd problem:
When WiFi is enabled it seems to be destroying or grossly interfering with my phone's ability to use its data connection. Very often, if WiFi is enabled, it stops pages from loading, and only after I disable the Wifi (using the swipe down feature to get to my settings) do pages load without issue when I have a data connection.
Additionally, no matter how many times I turn the WiFi off, it eventually turns itself on whenever the phone seems to feel like it.
