As I'm sure you'd agree receipts definitely contain confidential information, and security is really important here.


Your App requires the following permissions.

Version 1.0 can access:
Identity

• find accounts on the device

Contacts

• find accounts on the device

Location

• approximate location (network-based)

Photos/Media/Files

• read the contents of your USB storage
• modify or delete the contents of your USB storage

Storage

• read the contents of your USB storage
• modify or delete the contents of your USB storage

Camera

• take pictures and videos

Other

• view network connections
• full network access
• use accounts on the device

As your app is network enabled, there is a potential risk here. A clear and binding privacy policy (which is currently missing from your play store entry) would help clarify this to users.
