photos not rotating & lost phone numbers

I have just uploaded software but i found that my phone numbers and the phone shortcut had gone also when i got the phone first time my photos where not rotating i set my phone to factory reset and this solved both problems all i had to do was just re-input my Google email and password and all was gppd

Hi Thom my phone is a galaxy 6 i believe this is quite a problem with this phone
