Help Please Help Screen Brightness Messed.

When I got the Samsung galaxy ace it was working great but one day the screen brightness randomly went to crap. Its stuck on one level of brightness and its very,very low. When I go to my settings and to the display and then brightness i try to put it up all the way it doesn't change nor does it change if I put it all the way down. Its just stuck on one low level where i can barely see it , I can only see it when its pitch black in a room. Am i the only one with this problem? Or has anyone else had it and if so do you know how to fix it please help.

Never had such problem, if its just a system glitch rebooting the phone should solve it.
If that doesn't works see if you installed any app that controls the brightness, maybe its causing the problem.
You can try a factory reset as the next option, it will erase all your phone data, make a backup through MyBackup app before doing it.

If nothing works, it must be a hardware problem, take it to the service center.
