Print from phone not formatting correctly

When I print a document from my phone, sometimes it does not format correctly. If I print the document from my computer, it is one page formatted the way that it should be. When I print from my phone even if I have set it on print view, it may be two pages. I suspect I have a setting that needs to be changed, but I have no idea what it is.

I'm hoping someone can help.

what printer do you have? are you using their app? most printers these days have their app to print things. how are you printing them thru your phone?

what's the model number?

you will need HP Print Service Plugin which has the drivers needed to print on an android device:

it is better if you deal specifically with HP rather than deal with a 3rd party app to print from a HP printer.

What are you trying to print from your phone? I rarely have any trouble printing from my z fold 3. What file format are they?

A document that was imported into Google Docs.
