Help Problem with pulse

Hello!!

I'm new here and I'm new with android phones.
I got this phone from my friend and he said that battery ran out and he can't boot it anymore... It doesn't have warranty...

When I turn it on it shows t-mobile logo and goes off...

When I put it on power it flashes (keys) and t-mobile logo once more
When I connect it to my PC it flashes again and again t-mobile logo...

I realized he has been using charger that gives 5V output and that is wayyy to much for his battery. I have one charger that gives 4.2V but I don't know if that would fix anything...

And now I took the battery out and connected it with PC and it turned on... now it t-mobile logo again and nothing else

Please help...

The sticker on the back of the official Pulse charger says that it outputs 4.9V so I suspect that something else is causing your problem.

Only suggestion I can offer is that you try connecting with a different USB cable.
