I have a question regarding the use of FoxFi. I attempted to use the Verizon MiFi setup at my home ror internet service with no luck. Apparently, I only get a marginal signal, so I am unable to use the MiFi, according to Verizon. So, I signed up for the mobile hotspot package for 2g for $20.00 a month. That works great. Now, I am finding out about FoxFi, so I set that up on my phone. I seem to be able to connect with that setup also. My question is, when I do go in through the FoxFi connection, am I using my 2g of data that I have signed up for through Verizon? I ultimately would like to cancel the Verizon hotspot package if FoxFi works for me.
