Hello!

This morning when i tried to start up my tablet it said that it was almost dead, so when i charged it it goes from the screen with a battery and a loading circle, to the charging battery screen, blacks out, then back to the loading screen repeatedly.

How do I fix this?:thinking::thinking::thinking:

Have you noticed if it's taking longer to charge lately and/or it doesn't hold a charge as well as it used to? The Tab 2 is getting pretty dated so I wouldn't be surprised if the battery is failing. Just took a look at Amazon and there are replacement batteries for around $50. It's not a simple 'pop a panel open and swap the battery' procedure but if you're comfortable with do-it-yourself projects ifixit has a nice battery replacement guide:

Tried cleaning the port of dust, dirt, etc?

Also this:
Before you pull the back cover off try holding down the Power, Volume and Home buttons for about 20 seconds. Worked for me and tons easier than prying off the back.
This happens with the galaxy tab 2 I had. What I ended up doing was to slow charge it. That is plug it into a laptop /PC to charge, leave the laptop /PC on and leave plugged on for 6 hours or so. Then unplug and it should start, then plug into the fast charger.
Good luck
