Help Redmi note 8 pro flash & root problem [Please help]

Hi,

I tried to root my device (miui 12.0.4) same as this video :

I did all of steps and stuck at bootloop..
then downloaded miui 12.0.3 and flashed.. it didnt worked..
I unlocked my phone before but at developer mode oem unlocking is disable and cannot enable.. but says device is unlocked

also tried :
C:\adb>fastboot oem unlock
FAILED (Status read failed (Too many links))
fastboot: error: Command failed

then i tried to lock oem and unlock again.
after fastboot oem lock command, I cant boot system and I cant flash anything
Its booting recovery and says miui versions can't install.

what should I do now ??

what is your model number?

and i can't watch that video because it is not in english

edit: also can you post a screenshot of your adb commands as well?

one thing you can try to get a working phone back is to flash a firmware update that is specific to your device. i'm not familiar with your phone so i do not know where you can get the firmware or how to flash it. but a firmware update should get your phone back up and running at least.
