Returned Incredible, waiting for new one.

Hi All,

So I brought my Incrediblle to VZW yesterday. It is toast and they are sending me a new one. Would not hold a charge at all. Charged overnight and didn't even last 2 hours!!!!! Also ran wicked hot, like holding a curling iron! At one point it said it was charging. After about 2 hours unplugged it and immediately got the alert to plug in, phone is at 9%. I really hope my new one is ok. I was warned to wait to buy the phone because Mercury is in retrograde, I guess they were right!!!!!!

isn't a replacement a refurbished one? but since this model is so new, you will get a new one instead???

They said it would be a new one. I sure hope so.
