Help Ringtone starts low

Hi everyone! I just bought an LG Optimus L3 Dual and I like it so far, I just have one problem: when I receive a call, the ringtone is really quiet for the first 1-1.5 seconds, then suddenly ascends to normal volume level. It's really annoying because I couldn't possibly answer a call the first few seconds. I've searched for a solution to this problem on the forums and it seems it is a GB feature that cannot be fixed without rooting the phone. Does anyone know of a fix other than that? Thanks!
