Rooted my Nexus one and it crashed!

Hello,

yesterday i rooted my nexus one and then installed a custom ROM. I found all the steps in a website and followed them exactly. The sad part is, my phone doesn't work at all now. All what i get when I press the power button is the nexus one logo and it doesn't move, basically it freezes like that.

Would any one please help to get my phone back to life

hi there, it wont be the rooting thats caused the issue it could be the ROM.
all you can try to do to fix it, is try revering back to your stock ROM, or flash your stock firmware.

Sounds like a failure to wipe

Indeed, when I got into a boot loop that way I fixed it by booting into recovery: wipe: reboot: wipe: reboot: flash rom.
