Root Rooted...Now no WIFI...reads error

I rooted my Thunderbolt, installed The Perfect Storm, Then loaded Thunderbolt 1600_V1....Now I have no Wifi. It says error. It is also having trouble recognizing the connection to pc that pops up on the top of the screen.
I'm also getting com.htc.bgp has stopped working constantly. Please try again...
Any suggestions???
