Help RS Lite Did not see the phone!

Hi,

Once again can some one please guide to the right direction as i needed to go back on 2.2.1 from CM7 as my phone is acting weired and painfully slow slugush etc.

I read the procedure how to do it but i have three PC at home and two with windows 7 and one with XP it did work few months back when i did the CM7 upgrade but now for some reason it did not work any idea please and thank you in advance.
