In our company we recently upgraded to exchange 2013 from 2010. Now when I go to s planner with my S4 I can see all my appointments that are also in outlook. But when I push the sync button all of the appointments dissapear and are all resynced again, instead of only the new appointments.
I didn't have this issue with the exchange 2010 environment. Some colleague's of mine have also a galaxy S4 and don't have that problem.
Any thoughts of what the problem could be? I searched on the internet but didn't found a topic with the exact same problem.
