S3 won't boot past my carrier screen

My S3 won't boot past my tracfone screen. I receive texts and calls like it actually boots, but the screen itself stays on the tracfone screen. The only way I can get past is to boot into safe mode. Have tried recovery, and wiping the cache partition, then rebooting, to no avail. Any help would be AWESOME.

Something is upsetting it if it works in safe mode. Have you installed anything new and then this happened? If so go back and unistall recently installed apps starting with the latest and check, one before that, unistall and check.

If you get to a point where it appears no app has caused this a factory reset from recovery may be the only way to go.

Yup this ^^
If sure mode is working then it's an app you've installed or (i think?) a setting you've changed (maybe in developer options?)
