Samsung Galaxy Ace s5831i doesn't turn on after firefox crash

When I visited a site firefox crashed, everything freezed and i restarted that using turn on/off button. It restarted, but I seen many errors that some process was crashed (some screen process, runned firefox and ect). Now it doesn't turn on (i see model-galaxy animation, samsung encription, and it repeats again and again in infinity loop). This is not a rooted phone, or jailbrocken. From installed software I had only firefox. (OS 2.3). What should I do? Is there a way to recovery that? Or I should reinstall os? If yes, how?

If you dont mind wiping the whole phone you can do it in recovery.
With the phone off, hold in Power, Home and Volume Up until it boots into "recovery mode".
There, use the volume buttons to navigate down to "factory reset".
Press the power or home button to select it (cant remember which)
Navigate back up to "reboot" and select that.
If that doesnt work i think youll have to reflash the firmware

Yes, I tryed that, but nothing changed..
Can I flash my device from GT-S5830i ?
