Help Samsung Galaxy S3 how to share wifi without sim

Does anyone know if I can share a wifi connection with other devices if I do not have a Sim Card in my Galaxy S3. I am traveling international to hotel that charges for wifi connection for every device connected so I want to connect my S3 to the hotel wifi and then share that connection with my other devices. Can it be done or do I need to buy a local SIM card just to activate that feature?

Great question man.
So im at my parents who have wifi so im experimenting and it doesnt seem to work.. its like the wifi radio in the phone can either recieve or transmit wifi but not both at the same time :-(
It may well be a fault with the rom im using so dont take this as gospel.
