its not out yet. there are rumors that it will be released in feb 2023. for anything samsung i always go to samobile. they have insiders from samsung that leak certain tidbits about upcoming devices.

Yes there will be a Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra (the note version) and there will be standard smaller version. The galaxy series is Samsung's main phone line.
And yes T-Mobile along with Verizon, Google Fi, boost mobile and pretty much any other carrier will probably offer it.
Price? Probably $1,000-$1,300 depending upon the version you get
