Help Several Problems at Once

I'm am having all of these problems with my phone right now.

• Not being able to download apps from Google Play Store ("Error while retrieving information from the server. [RPC:S-7:AEC-7 KP6G-FN6K-ABKNK]")
• Not being to access my hotmail account with the Mail application ("Authentication not valid")
• Not being able to authenticate Google Talk, which is an app I don't plan on using, but my phone insists on bothering me about anyway.("Google Talk authentication failed")

Here are things I've read that supposedly fix this issue that I've already tried.

• Formatted my phone (which I really prefer not to do again)
• Deleted the cache and data of the related programs, forced stopped them, then restarted the phone.
• Removed my Google account (Something my phone only let me do if I formatted it)

Anybody know what else I can do?
