Help Shuts off when it feels like it

I have owned this phone for a little over a month and my husband owned it for two months before that. Five days ago my phone shut off six times in four hours on its own. I would put it in my pocket and check it five minutes later and it would be off. Since then pretty much everytime i pull my phone out it is off. Most of the time when the phone shuts off it loses battery when i turn it back on I have gone from 86% to 18% in one shot. Also when i plug my phone in it acts as if im plugging it into a pc instead of the wall charger. I am at my wits end has anyone out there had this problem?

Odd, try restoring. Have you done any modding?
