Sixaxis Nova 2 help required

Hi all, got a slight problem using nova 2 with sixaxis. I''ve mapped out all the buttons but when I play it only seems to let me do two things at once, for example I can run and aim but I can't shoot while doing this or I can run and shoot but can't aim while doing that. I have nova 3 as well and I''ve got that playing perfect. Is this just a problem with the game or am I forgetting to do something. I'm using a Samsung galaxy s3 and I rooted it just to use sixaxis and play my games on the tv.
