Skype in Samsung Galaxy S2 with TV out

I am trying to use Samsung Galaxy S2 with the TV output. I was trying to use skype for Video chat with the TV to get a video conference like experience. But it seems that both cameras are not showing up on TV at the same time. If I use the front camera my video is blank on tv but I can see the other person. If I use back camera it is showing only my video and I cannot see the other person. Is it a bug in Skpye?
